The recipe that started our journey, this was my grandmothers' version of a Welsh family treat. These have Currants and Nutmeg for the base flavors.
My Mothers' favorite, after the Traditional, is made with chopped Apricots and Almonds, also with a little Nutmeg.
My personal Favorite. Tart, dried Cherries, real Hazelnuts and a little sweet Ginger to give them some zing.
Like a Blueberry muffin in cookie form.
Soft, Dried Apple and Cinnamon chips, along with more cinnamon in the dough itself make these treats an apple pie in cookie form.
What more need to be said, this is a classic combination in a soft, biscuity cookie.
Butterscotch chips, chopped Pecans and a dash of Cinnamon, heavenly.
Dried Cranberries and Lemon zest give these light, citrusy flavor
Semi-sweet Chocolate, Orange zest and a natural Orange Oil flavor these delicious treats.
Natural Lemon oil, lemon zest and Poppyseeds, these are like poundcake cookies
Soft, Biscuity Thin Mints, 'nuff said?
Semi-Sweet Chocolate chips and chewy Coconut with a dash of Cinnamon.
